Michelle is a fantastic yoga teacher! When I practice yoga in her class, I can see the love of yoga flow through her. I like how Michelle shows the class different levels to all the postures, so if your a beginner, have no fear, Michelle will guide you through.
The guided meditation at the end of the class is so relaxing and brings me back into the moment.
I had the privilege to go on a yoga retreat to Snowdonia with an amazing group of people and the beauty of having Michelle as our yoga retreat teacher. I enjoyed every moment from those 3 days! We had a good laugh!

(Beginners Course): Just like to thank you for the beginners course I really enjoyed it and am sorry that it has ended.
I found the course very useful in helping with relaxation and felt invigorated after each class. You are a brilliant teacher and made me feel so at ease and made each exercise very easy to understand.
I just wanted to do a quick email to thank you. I have had yet another busy day during a difficult time, I came home feeling extremely tired, unmotivated and stressed. I lay on my bed in shavasna for 10 mins, doing the breathing excercises you teach with the waterfall of light helping me recover. I now feel energised and relaxed, ready to get on with my evening and forget about work.
As you are aware, im going through a period of increased pressure and stress, I have used the yoga and medtiation you have taught me over the year most days, it really is helping me, mentally, emotionally and physically. I know you live the benefits of yoga so you wont be surpirsed to hear how it is proving beneficial to me. I just wanted to send you a thank you, thank you for teching me, your style of teaching has really enabled me to see the bigger picture of yoga and im reaping the benefits!
(Yoga holiday in Bulgaria): Wow! What a fantastic yoga holiday I have just had at the Aztec Villa Bulgaria. This was my first experience of yoga and my teacher Michelle made the introduction very enjoyable and memorable. On arrival we were all given a Welcome Pack detailing the Agenda for the week. Michelle had organised the yoga into two parts, the morning session having an anatomical focus and the afternoon session having a therapeutic focus. Every evening, just before dinner, we sat by the pool, with a glass of wine of course, for a relaxing chat about our sessions that day and the principles of yoga.
I went on my yoga holiday thinking that I would probably only do a few sessions but found each session thoroughly enjoyable and eagerly awaited the next session. I found Michelle to be an inspiring teacher providing clear instructions and always seeking to ensure that we stayed within our comfort zones I never thought my body could feel so relaxed and I am sure I now have more flexibility and a better posture than before.

I had the pleasure of attending a week of yoga classes with Michelle Gwynne. When I first decided to go to Bulgaria I was not at all sure that I wanted to be a part of daily sessions of yoga – I thought that I would attend a few sessions and be pleased with myself for having done so.
The reality was very different. From the first session, I realised that there was a great deal to be gained from attending. Michelle is such a good teacher – calming whilst keeping attention; wise in the ways of gaining the confidence and respect of people who were, in the main, much older than herself; thoroughly prepared and meticulous; encouraging in bringing the utmost from each individual whilst ensuring no injuries would be sustained; and marvellous at promoting focus during the relaxation periods at the end of each session.
Michelle took us through different routines each day to ensure that all parts of the body were the point of focus at some stage during the week. Additionally, she explained some of the yoga terms which were used daily, and they became part of the language used and understood daily.
Michelle also initiated some fascinating discussions on the relevance of the principles of yoga in modern life. Michelle is a lovely person who is full of fun and a great teacher as well.
(Beginners Course): Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. As I think you probably already know, I thoroughly enjoyed it. You are are a great teacher because you are very good at explaining things, which made it all the more interesting, especially as I’m really intruigued by the ‘theory behind it all. I liked that you went at ‘our’ pace and – as ever – broke things down step by step so we could easily follow. I always have a very peaceful and deep sleep after the relaxation/breathing sessions too – bliss!!!
I really enjoy yoga; I get so much from it … space, time, relaxation, friendship, confidence, health. It helps to remind me about what is important and it gives me a sense of grounding, stillness. I can be me on my yoga mat and leave the World outside. You are a fab teacher; you make learning yoga a relaxed, enjoyable and interesting experience. Thank you.
